Lee Group are a proud SME, founded in Melbourne in 1948.

Lee Group are a proud family owned business founded in 1948. Initially operating a small local domestic timber fencing yard, we now deliver adaptable solutions to commercial and infrastructure projects such as sound walls along Freeways, solutions for diverse rail projects, high security and within correctional facilities.

As our reputation and adaptability grew, so did our capability in delivering quality commercial and industrial solutions. From humble beginnings to a now large-scale contractor, our key focus has always been to strengthen relationships (internally and externally), develop in capability, provide adaptable solutions for our clients  with the highest quality outcomes in a safe manner.

Our professional and qualified staff led us to becoming a strong leader in Victoria’s construction industry catering to diverse project requirements. We’re capable of manufacturing to order at our main Preston site by our trained staff in compliance with
Australian Standards. Our staff are passionate about our in-house reduce, re-use and recycle program to reduce unnecessary wastage and to support the environment.

Lee Group have established values driven culture that supports our code ECARDS values. In addition, we sponsor and support local community clubs, non-profit organisations and we strive for a fair, inclusive and sustainable Victoria.

Lee Group is passionate about our involvement in the community. We provide people with the opportunity to learn and grow their skill.

Currently, Lee Group operates an apprenticeship scheme, in an unregulated industry this is a massive achievement. Additionally, we give undergraduates the opportunity to grown their skills in the workforce.

Onsite and Regulation Capabilities

  • All work completed by Lee Group is code complaint.
  • Fully trained staff used on all jobs.
  • All site supervisors have Level 2 First Aid Training.
  • Risk Assessment JSA’s are prepared and reviewed with client as required.
  • All installation staff have correct PPE including safety footwear and high visibility workwear.
  • The Occupational Health & Safety Management System provides clear reporting and investigation of OH&S issues and incidents
