Major Event Hoarding & Fencing Solutions

Melbourne was a buzz this summer with spectacular sporting events taking place at the Melbourne and Olympic Parks precinct. The Melbourne and Olympic Parks precinct is one of the biggest sports and entertainment precincts in the world, hosting around 600 events and attracting more than two million people.

Our specialist team at EHS work has been working with Lend Lease on the re-development of Melbourne Park and Rod Laver Arena to create a safe and secure construction site for the duration of the project.

In January the EHS crew had to reconfigure the site to accommodate the tennis festival. Our unique Interlock cantilever hoarding is used extensively throughout the event each year to create secure areas for VIP’s, secure walkways for public pedestrian and vehicular access, section off other public and private spaces for different groups.

Once the festival was finished the EHS team then re-established the site for the continued construction of the redevelopment of Rod Laver Arena and other upgrades to the Melbourne and Olympic Park precinct.

Below are some photos of the solutions for different areas throughout the precinct.
