Unique Fencing at Westfield
Westfield Plenty Valley New Dining & Entertainment Precinct
The Lee Group team recently completed the fencing at the Westfield Plenty Valley new dining and entertainment precinct. The Plenty Valley centre is located on Melbourne’s northern fringes, approximately 25 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Conveniently located adjacent to the railway station, the centre caters to a trade area population in excess of 276,000 residents.
The $80 million redevelopment includes the addition of a new alfresco leisure and dining precinct with around 20 speciality retailers and food operators, and a Village cinema complex.
The fencing and other products installed included:
- Custom made steel fencing – architecturally designed with powder coated finish
- Matching single and double gates
- Bike rakes storage enclosure
- Chain wire enclosure for stairway

- Bollards
- Corner guards
- Pipe protectors
- Bike racks
