On completion of the build the 14 storey A-Grade commercial tower above the historic Dalgety & Co building will see WorkSafe Victoria relocate its headquarters, and over 700 staff, to Victoria’s second-largest city.
The development will also deliver secure on-site parking, basement, a ground floor cafe, on-site concierge, rooftop exercise and BBQ areas, and a club style end-of-trip facility with 100+ bike racks. It will create 14,000m² of high quality office accommodation, exceeding PCA A-Grade standards and with a Six Star Green Star Rating. 1 Malop St will proudly claim the title of the tallest building in Geelong’s CBD.
