The Learning & Teaching Building (LTB) for Monash University will become the new gateway to the Clayton campus from Wellington Road. In it’s initial stages of the development EHS Australia a division of the Lee Group have undertaken the huge task of securing the site with engineered timber hoarding.
To start the site received a massive 780 lineal metres of hoarding and 12 lineal metre of sliding gate to facilitate the civil works that were being undertaken by the Delta Group. You can see in this time lapse video the large scale of the project.
Currently EHS are now working with Brookfield Multiplex on the actual building phase of the Learning & Teaching Building (LTB) for Monash University and EHS has re-configured the site and has increased the footprint of the hoarding onsite by 100 lineal metres.
By the time the buildings at Monash are complete EHS will have installed more than 1000 lineal metres of engineered hoarding with three different configurations:
